Boiler Servicing

We can service all types of pressure jet boilers.

It is highly recommended that oil fired boilers are serviced annually as the buildup of soot can dramatically effect efficiency leading to higher fuel costs and can also lead to the boiler breaking down. Blocked and worn injector nozzles will also lead to a drop off in efficiency and higher fuel costs. Servicing can also give an early warning to potential problems that could lead to a breakdown.

Our servicing consists of a full service to the burner and boiler. We will carry out the following.

• Thoroughly clean out the combustion chamber
• Check all seals and gaskets, replacing if necessary
• Replace the injector nozzle
• Clean the blast tube
• Check/test the solenoid(s)
• Clean and check the photocell
• Check the ignition transformer
• Check and adjust the electrode settings
• Reassemble the burner and run a full diagnostic and combustion test to the manufacturers recommended settings

The price does not include consumables such as injector nozzles, filters and flexible oil lines.
